Holiday park de Kuilart has a wide range of facilities on the park from supermarket to bowling alley, grand café and due to its location on the water also boat rental. Holiday park de Kuilart in Koudum is located in a beautiful and touristic area in the warm heart of Southwest Friesland. This village may be small but it has many facilities. It has a very varied landscape including the forests of Gaasterland, the IJsselmeer, the famous Frisian Lakes (Heegermeer and the Fluessen) and green meadows with the black and white spotted cows.

The beautiful Paulo chalet, which will be placed on plot 155, offers with its large windows and double patio doors a lot of natural light. There is a raised ceiling with spotlights, design radiators and a TV connection. Heating by central heating.

The kitchen
There is a luxury kitchen with light cabinets and an anthracite kitchen top. There is a combi-fridge, 4-burner gas cooker with extractor, oven, sink, central heating cupboard and sufficient cupboard space for kitchen utensils.

The 2 bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobes and a spacious wardrobe.

The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, bedside table and wardrobes with also a tall wardrobe for clothes.

The bathroom
There is a very neat bathroom with a shower, toilet, design radiator, washbasin with furniture and a mirror cabinet.

We expect to place the Paulo chalet at the end of September on holiday park de Kuilart and so the chalet will be available from October. We have this unique year place with chalet for sale for €43,950. (excluding park costs)
